How To Use HubSpot for Sales
HubSpot sales tools are designed to streamline your daily tasks and enhance your sales process. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get started:
1. Task Management: Keep track of your daily to-do list by using the tasks tool.
- Navigate to Tasks in the Sales dropdown.
- Click on Create task on the top right of the screen.
- Create task window opens up on the right. Give a Title and define the Priority of the task.
- Set Reminder before the event and provide a Due date.
- Write your message and click on Create.
- Select the task checkbox and click on to mark the task as complete to close your tasks.
- Once you clear your task, you get a prompt saying You're all caught up on tasks.
2. Deal Tracking: Monitor potential revenue opportunities using the deals feature.
- Navigate to Deals in the Sales dropdown.
- Give a Deal name.
- Enter the Deal Stage of the buyer and enter Deal Size.
- Specify if the deal is new business or and upsell on an existing account; Hit Create.
- Click on Stage dropdown on the left in the deals overview page once the Deal stage changes.
- Select the stage your prospect belongs under from the dropdown.
- You can change the stage whenever there is a movement in the deal.
3. Sending Sales Emails: Send personalised sales emails directly from HubSpot.
- Navigate to Contact dropdown and select Contacts.
- Hit Preview on the contact you want to send an email to.
- Click on Email.
- An email window will pop up.
- Provide a Subject line.
- Write your message and hit Send.
4. Booking Meetings: Create and share meeting scheduling pages with prospects.
- To book meetings with your prospects on HubSpot, go to Contact dropdown and select Contacts.
- Click on Edit on your existing event link.
- If you don't have any event set up; Create a scheduling page.
- You can use Tokens to personalise your emails.
- Add a video conferencing link.
- Click on connect an app and select your video conferencing platform like Zoom or Dialpad Meetings.
- Include rescheduling links to give more power to your prospects.
- Save and exit from the screen.
